Location: Dell Children’s Hospital
Why: Patients in the hospital have access to play video games but some do not have the use of both hands. So they needed a controller where they can just play with one hand.
How: I found this already designed on Thingaverse. This is a very complex design with so many pieces.
Adjustments: I had to redesign some of the pieces to fit properly and used nails I cut to put it together. This took several tries and adjustments because the buttons were sticking and not bouncing back after pressing.
Result: The patients have this adapted controller to use at the hospital to play their Playstation games.
